Conferences & Events

The ideal location for conferences and meetings, connecting the West Coast with the Tasman and Marlborough Regions.

The perfect venue for conferences, functions and events. Catering from 10–150 guests with conference rooms combined.

Facilities include break out rooms, audio visual equipment, outside area, natural light with great views overlooking the National Park.

We have a dedicated team on hand to cater to all of your needs and to ensure your event runs smoothly. Their sole objective is to coordinate every aspect of your event and to make sure it flows effortlessly. Our independent status means we can offer a tailored event service – nothing is too much trouble. This commitment to excellence guarantees that every event at the Alpine Lodge is one to be savoured and reflected on fondly.

Playground

The bark-covered playground has a house on tall stilts accessed by ladder, pole, or rope with a large slide back down. There is a jungle gym and ground level trampoline.

Note that some of the activities in the playground are not suitable for all ages and parents are advised to keep on eye on their children.
 

Spa Pool

Hotel guests are $4.00 and $2.00 p/p for adults and children respectively.

For non hotel guests, $5.00 per adult and children $2.50.

The booking time is 30 minutes.

 

Laundry & Drying Room

The laundry contains two washing machines, two dryers, an ironing board, and sink. The drying room is a ventilated room with shelving.

The appliances take $1 and $2 coins. The baggage room is $5 per bag.
